Is Avoiding The Situation Is The Solution?






Every coin has two sides. Thing that seems negative might not really as negative as we think they are. Like what is really a negative thought? My this this thing will not go as i planned! OR This this will not going to be in my favor! OR I shouldn't have done this! Or this could've been much better! and the list will go on. Negative thoughts will come either because of past or because of future . Incident that had already happend or, is going to happen. But you will never have any negativity because of this present moment,that's why it is called as "present"💓


1. ACCEPT THE TRUTH:

This is the most important part of doing any practical work with your brain. Many people watch movies, Read books and tries to distract their mind from that particular thought, that's where we went wrong. Avoiding the situation will only make it worse! This is the rule of the universe. Things you try to run from will always come to your way. So instead of Distracting your mind from negativity. 

Never i repeat never ever avoid a thought, avoiding the thought will work as a gum to your mind which will glue up that thought even stronger than before. So instead of avoiding give your full focus on that thought for some time. This might sound scary but that's the only way you can get rid of your problem. Have some time and only think about that negative thought. Think as much as you can. Think every point related to it.Think every aspect of it,It would be really better if you write what you feel that will hurry the process up. 

2.MAKE A QUICK ANALYSIS:
After thinking every aspect of your problem do a quick analysis of what could be done.Human brain works really interestingly  we just have to understand some basics of it. So now you've thought a lot about your negative thought. At least now you are free of having it in your mind because you already had enough thinking about it.Every system works like that. You have a problem. Analyze if you can do something about your problem or not?
If YES you can do something about your problem than go ahead work in that direction and don't give up until it's done. And if not! then there's no point in thinking about it day to night stressing your mind screaming and making the environment negative. if you can't do anything about a certain thing than what's the point of making your mind depressed? in that case leave your matter to God and time. 

3.LEARN FROM MISTAKES:

Now your mind is pretty clear what you have to do in order to solve your problem. In best case scenario you have to work for what you want and, in worst case scenario you have to do nothing but wait. And sometimes doing nothing is itself doing everything. Whatever you've been doing wrong, learn from it because that's what mistakes are done for... to learn from them.
